This product warranty and the general terms and conditions for customer service (the "conditions") apply to all our products.

1. Warranty Period

1.1 We provide a warranty of 2 (two) years for the Comfort Pillow and the Comfort Pillow for children.

1.2 We offer a commercial warranty of 10 (ten) years from the date of purchase on the entire mattress topper, including the core and cover.

1.3 We provide a warranty of 2 (two) years on viscoelastic pillows.

1.4 For other products filled with polyester fibers, we offer a return warranty of 14 (fourteen) days.

1.5 If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 (fourteen) days.

1.6 The warranty period begins on the date of collection of the goods.

1.7. MKS TRADE UAB guarantees to rectify all defects and irregularities within 30 working days from the date of complaint until the expiration of the warranty period.

2. Trial Period

2.1 We provide a 100-night trial warranty for the Premium Comfort Mattress and Classic Comfort Mattress, which gives you the opportunity to test the mattress and return it if you are not satisfied. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for organizing it independently. The return costs are borne by the customer. The trial period begins on the day of collection of the product.

2.2 We provide a 100-night trial warranty for the Premium Comfort Topper, the 2-in-1 Comfort Topper, and the Dream Topper, allowing you to test the topper and return it without giving reasons. The return costs are borne by the customer. The trial period begins on the day of collection of the product.

3. Exclusion of Warranty

3.1 The warranty does not apply to products in the following cases

3.1.1. the buyer does not present the documents confirming the purchase of the product (order number, invoice, payment order, etc.) at the time of the warranty claim.

3.1.2. the product was not used for the intended purpose or according to the manufacturer's recommendations, or the product was damaged by actions of the buyer, third parties, or environmental influences.

3.1.3. the product was disassembled or repaired without the manufacturer's consent or defects arose due to cuts, scratches, scuffs, stains, splashes, etc.

3.1.4. natural wear and tear of the product, including discoloration or unevenness of the fabric, loosening.

3.1.5. the returned product is incorrectly or not packaged at all. The product must be packaged in such a way that it is not soiled or damaged during transport.

3.2 The warranty applies if, during the warranty period, for example, the seam comes apart or other material or manufacturing defects occur. In the event of a complaint and the determination that the defects in the product fall under the warranty, MKS TRADE UAB will replace the defective parts of the product or the entire product with another product of the same or very similar quality.

3.3 When a discount was granted for the defective goods.

4. Instructions for the use of the products

4.1 Ensure good ventilation and optimal humidity in the rooms where the products are used.

4.2 Do not jump on the products, as this can damage the product structure.

4.3 To ensure even wear and a longer lifespan, we recommend turning and airing the mattress topper (switching mattress sides or the mattress, head and foot parts). People who weigh more than the recommended weight can also use the mattress topper, but in this case, no warranty is provided.

4.5 Mattresses, mattress toppers, viscoelastic pillows, and similar products are not washable. Only the covers can be washed or otherwise cleaned (see care label on the cover).

4.6 The individual care instructions for the products or their covers can be found on the care labels of the products.

5. Additional notes

5.1 Due to the softness of the materials used in manufacturing, the length and width of the products may have a tolerance of up to 1.5 cm and the height of the products may have a tolerance of up to 1 cm compared to the dimensions stated on the label. This does not affect the properties of the mattress.

5.2 The softness of the product may change by up to 15% (fifteen percent) due to the use of the product. This is due to the physical properties of the materials.

5.3 Most products may have a specific smell due to the materials used, which will disappear over time with ventilation. People sensitive to odors may notice a new product's smell longer. However, this is no cause for concern as only certified materials are used that are harmless to health. 5.4 The mattress may indent up to 10% (ten percent) of the height of the mattress topper at the most stressed areas.

5.5 The warranty for the physical properties of the materials and the comfort of the mattress is 10 (ten) years, but it is recommended to replace the mattress every 7 to 10 years according to the recommendations of hygienists.
