Material & Care
Cover: Tencel made from sustainably grown eucalyptus trees – skin-friendly, soft and suitable even for sensitive skin. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.
Core: gel memory foam on 7-zone transition foam and a supportive foam base, CertiPUR-US® certified – free from substances of concern, low-emission for better indoor air.
Care: unzip the cover, remove and wash in the washing machine according to the care label. Do not wash the foam core – air out as needed.
Please do not flip: the gel memory foam sits on top. On the underside, the key comfort properties are lost – occasional rotating (head-to-foot) is, however, fine.

How firm is the mattress?
The Premium 7-Zone Comfort Mattress is medium-firm (firmness level H3, level 6 of 10 on our scale). The gel memory foam conforms to your body shape, and the 7-zone cold foam core supports shoulders, pelvis and lumbar area – suitable for back, side and stomach sleepers.
Which slatted frame is suitable?
The mattress is suitable for all common slatted frames – rigid or adjustable – as well as box-spring bases. The gap between slats should not exceed 4 cm so the foam rests evenly.
How heavy is the mattress and how is it delivered?
Depending on the size, the mattress weighs between 14 kg (90 × 200 cm) and 29 kg (180 × 200 cm). It is delivered compressed in a box and reaches its full height of 25 cm within 24–48 hours after unpacking.
Can I test the mattress at home?
Yes. You have 100 nights to test the mattress at home, at your leisure. If it's not right for you, simply contact our customer service – returns are handled according to our return terms.
